This space, Essence, is a soft place to land. A living journal. A heart tether. A sacred thread in the web of womanhood.
I created this Substack to share from the real-time pulse of my life as an energetically sensitive, intuitive woman. Sometimes these posts will read like transmissions. Other times like journal entries. Sometimes they’ll be messy, raw, or unpredictable. Always, they will come from truth.
I’m here to practice being seen more fully, more often, and more clearly. To share more deeply than other platforms allow. To report back from the thresholds. To speak to the collective weather of our times. To connect with you and to remember, together, what it means to live close to our essence.
